Fellow Tigers supporter Daniel “Deech” Chung emphasized the noticeable growth in new Korean fans at matches. “It’s heartwarming to see Korean flags waved in the stands. It’s a cultural unification that even my dad, who was indifferent towards LAFC, now acknowledges as significant,” he shared.

Freedman remarked, “For eight seasons, we’ve been trying to engage those who typically shy away from sports. With the ongoing influx of global stars, especially post-Lionel Messi’s arrival in 2023, the MLS is poised to utilize the World Cup as a platform for growth. Ko aptly noted, “While winning matters, it’s equally about how soccer fosters community and unity.”
